Marketing like Tony Robbins won't get you clients!
Here's why and how to fix it.
First, I admire Tony for the massive impact he creates.
In fact, the first self-help book that changed my life was his.
In this post, I'm talking about marketing.
If you check Tony's marketing materials, you'll see something like:
"Unlock your full potential."
"Awaken the giant within."
"Become invincible."
All these are beautiful expressions.
And they resonate with a percentage of his millions of fans.
However, if you're starting your coaching business and don't have a big audience, using similar expressions can hurt your marketing.
Why?
These expressions are vague and intangible.
And most "general" people don't understand what they mean.
Nobody wakes up at night thinking, "I must hire a coach to unlock my full potential."
Your clients only think about their specific problems and how to solve them.
So, if you want your content to resonate with your clients:
Research their needs and pains.
Capture the language they speak.
Use the exact words in your marketing.
This way, your messaging will be clear, tangible, and relatable.
And that's what gets you coaching clients.
Now, if you need help with your messaging,
Reach out, and let's do it together.
Stop guessing and start deeply connecting.
